I signed up a week ago and it took forever to log in. Now a week later I have no more information than I did before I signed up. What a scam!

I’ve paid for the full version and I can’t even log in. It force closes and it seems like a lot of the data is inaccurate. They continue to charge me after I’ve canceled and deleted the app!

I downloaded this and it won’t let me login to my Instagram account. The page just keeps on reloading and I can’t do anything about it. I keep on getting messages about my vertification code. Wasted my time!

Solo pude utilízalo como 10 días porque luego no sigue actualizando y eso que me cobraron el plan por adelantado de 6 meses, les he escrito varios mails indicándoles que aún presenta la falla desde el 27 de marzo y Nada que se soluciona.

The app looks really nice the UI is fluid and responsive but I can’t actually get signed in, once I put in my credentials it just loads and loads forever..

Payed for subscriptions and was never able to see the content. I even sent an email to their support site and never got a response.

Curious to see what this app used to give you reports and it’s nothing that you can’t figure out simply scrolling through your feed. There is also no easy way to cancel subscription. Despite my efforts, I was charged for extra time. Do not get suckered into downloading this app.

Inaccurate and waste of money

I suddenly got a notification that someone blocked me so I paid to see who it was. Apparently, a celebrity that I follow had supposedly blocked me! I went to the celeb's profile and it turns out that I'm most definitely not blocked, so I'm not sure why it would tell me that someone blocked me out of the blue. I can only guess that it might've been an attempt to get me to pay for a subscription, which I fell for.

Parts of this app work, others do not at all. Recently went through a break up and know for a fact my ex blocked me but this app doesn’t show any people blocking me at all even though I paid for the service. I’ve reported the problem and still haven’t received any response. Today I got a notification saying I have “stalkers”. I slid the notification open and saw the list but have no clue what made the people qualify as “stalkers”....???? Once I viewed the list and backed out of it to check other things in the app I couldn’t figure out how to open up the “stalkers” list again. This app needs serious work!!!!! Don’t spend your money!
