STILL tells me my presaved login is wrong. I can't even log in anymore. I get an error that displays a phone number to call, but I can neither press to dial nor copy and paste this number. Given that this is a mobile app, that seems like a pretty major oversight. For a computer software company, you'd think this would work at least half the time. I give it two stars because it IS convenient when it works.

I've been using this reporting app for several weeks and it still suffers daily crashes. About ready to abandon this survey reporting project.

Using very small white font that only momentarily appears on the screen to indicate that it read the code-that's inexcusably poor design. Many times it can't even read a code under bright light, so I skip those. It can't even read test mail codes? Recently, it's repeatedly refused to recognize my login credentials, forcing me to retry way too many times. I finally reinstalled it out of frustration today. It also doesn't give you enough time after it recognizes a code before it pops up a warning telling you it already read that code in. So I'm constantly having to hit OK to acknowledge the pop up before it'll allow me to scan another code. Apparently the developers didn't think that they needed to test the user interface.

I realize this is reporting data for someone else's benefit... but... there are Laws in the USA about accessibility for those with disabilities and different abilities. So here, there is no user definable font size or ability to rotate screen to read the text we want to read. The only reading position is portrait, and then in the data collection, it suddenly rotates to horizontal to scan the barcodes. This is after laying our mail out in the window that opens up, expecting to scan that way, only to see the entire screen shift. Once all the mail pieces are scanned, it reverse SLOWLY, if at all, back to portrait position before the acceptance code pop up box shows up. Other times, the acceptance code is also in a horizontal view and ends up looking sideways.

When scanning mail items, the screen automatically rotates. This rotating screen is not optional. The screen rotation is not necessary. My phone camera works fine vertically and is more than capable of scanning barcodes that way.
When is the update coming?

I keep getting emails telling me I failed to report but the App has been down since Friday!!!
