Horrible app

Is it possible to give it less than one star?Downloaded the app to make my ticket purchases in Spain easier. What a waste of time. It asked for information that is unclear. So you don’t know what to answer. What’s a pay code? It doesn’t accept cell numbers or at least demonstrate the format it wants. Tried 7 different ways. None worked. When you go back to correct and recorrect the same information, you have to enter the data all over again. The app developers must be comedians, laughing at how often we will enter information before we delete the app. It wasn’t designed to make travel easier, just to amuse someone. I sure wasn’t amused!

This app is literally the worst I have ever used. This app is so bad that I actually felt compelled to write this-my first ever review. There are constant log-in issues, problems once you are logged in are countless, and then on top of that, it is impossible to find the tickets you have purchased unless you already have the ticket number—which you have to get from the website version anyway! Why won’t it just link the tickets I purchased with the email I purchased them with? I had to use the same email to register on this app. My confirmation email had a confirmation code but the app won’t let you use this code to link your tickets either. All of these problems are ultimately irrelevant because you probably won’t be able to log in anyway. With how much time you waste on this horrible app and equally horrible website, it might actually be faster to cycle to the city you want to go to.

The app is a disgrace for a national rail operator, I was so underwhelmed I had to write a review. Unfriendly, buggy, slow... I could go on but it's not worth more of my time (which I've already lost trying to use the app)

I have had so many issues with this app. I get knocked off. My credit card gets erased. I cannot access my ticket. The print my tickets option requires me to sign in even when I intend to use as a guest... so much more, but I am too upset to write more. This whole app needs a COMPLETE overhaul. ?

I thought the reviews might be wrong. I thought I was smarter than the rest. I worked so so hard and made it to the ‘Enter your payment method’ page. Then. Error. Error. Game over. You either have to buy via the website or in person at a 3.5% surcharge.

Solo quiero bajar mi billete a mi wallet y me he bajado la app dos veces. Me pide demasiados datos personales- DNI, teléfono, etc etc y aun así no puedo acceder a mi reserva. La app no te permite continuar como invitado. Es un desastre de app. Hace un año RenfeTicket tenía una app que funcionaba muy bien.

Doesn’t allow me to sign up

I wanted to sign up so that I could download my ticket on the mobile app. But it doesn’t allow me to do so. I’ve tried all options.
Can't buy tickets- payment fails

After selecting fare, app redirects you to website where the site crashes when entering payment information. Had to walk to station and buy tickets from nice clerk. App not useful.

Extremely limited in taking persona data; doesn’t allow a foreign phone number, but doesn’t allow leaving phone number blank. Only accepts sign up with mobile pay code...
