Eh....

It's ok... But it isn't in color, which is disappointing. If the full version was cheaper, I would buy it. But I am not going to pay $20 (?)for this app when I can use any of the other vnc applications out there. Disappointed. ?

LOVE IT,BUT!!!

The best app out there as in remote desktop, but on color and the full version is so expensive. p.s. the extended keyboard is only in the full version.

Too crippled

Gray-scale screen? Sure, that's fine. I can test the app in gray-scale before buying it. Only one server for the free version? Okay, I can still test the functionality before I buy. No SSH tunneling (even though the description says it's there)? Sorry... This free version is too crippled to test. I'm looking elsewhere.

Pretty good, maybe...

The app (lite) seems pretty good compare to the alternatives, but I actually don't know. What I'd need is a nearly full-fledge version with a time limit (like a demo app valid for a couple of weeks). Right now, frankly, I have no idea if this app would be a good investment, and I can't foresee circumstances where I would spend such an amount without a chance to properly test the app. Sorry, the current sales/marketing model doesn't work for me.

Full version rocks. light version is ok.

i tried several VNC apps (including Remotix Light), and the full version is awesome. The light version did not work well for me, so I sprang for the full version, and was very happy I did. I am running a headless Mac mini with Screensharing, REAL VNC, AND running VM's with VmWare's Fusion product (using screen sharing, REAL VNC, and the VmWare's VNC capabilities), both on a LAN, and across a WAN (using port forwarding) all without issue. The Remotix full version beats out the others in overall speed, connectivity, and interface use-ability. The grayscale mode really makes things fly when using mobile broadband (thank you). Simply put, I must have tried 10 or 15 others (full, versions at that), and the Remotix seems to be the best. FWIW, THIS IS AN HONEST REVIEW FROM A REAL PAYING CUSTOMER.

Just What I Needed!

This is absolutely perfect for me to verify my appointment schedule or to schedule an appointment from my iPhone when I just can't get to my computer (out in yard, in restroom, etc.). For free, it can't be beat! Not full-featured, but, for me, not necessary or even desirable - as an iPhone screen is too small to be functional as a desktop. If I were using an iPad, would probably spring for the full version. For free, I'm THRILLED!

Was great till they handicapped it

This app was great but now the greedy developers have added a distortion effect when your connected more than 15 seconds. It's too bad I would have bought the app if they didn't try to force me to. Don't break your apps with an update! And 20$ is to much 10$ or 5 would be more reasonable. So in short don't waste ur time with this app unless u want to she'll out 20 bux because this app is useless now.. I'll spend my money elsewhere with a developer that isn't as greedy. who knows you might spend 20, than they release an update that breaks it till you spend 50!

No longer works

Solely a come on to buy their product

Not useful anymore

This was a good app, you could reach out to control your Mac in black and white. But now they have out a time limit that makes the screen show an interference effect after one minute making it useless. What's worst is that you know it took time to program such effect, so in essence the message of the developers is that they are willing to put time and effort to make a working product useless and alienate its users into buying a full version. If you want a free vnc find another app, don't bother with this one.

Used to love it...

This app was great until they ruined it with "screen interference". Now it's just useless.
