Never connects - No one to contact

I try different ways several times in last months and still can not connect to computer like the lite version did. I would like this to work please help.

This is my very first review and I chose to write something about this once because it really is that good. It’s easy and very convenient. I own the large iMac and this allows me to use it as a tv and not have to get up every ten minutes to change the volume or select a show to watch. I cannot recommend this app enough!

Good app, but...

I think this app and its companion app, Remote Drive, has every bell and whistle I could wish for and then some. The UI is intuitive and easy to navigate. My only issue is that I run through a VPN on my MacBook and iPhone and I often have connection issues that I never had with Mobile Mouse Pro. However, when they're working properly, Remote Pro and Remote Drive are in a league of their own, far beyond the reach of any competition. I just find myself going back to the ease of MMPro, which is also a great app, it just lacks a lot of what these apps offer.

I keep reviewing after updates just to make sure ppl know how great this app is. I REALLLY love the sleep timer option, set the timer and Mac goes to sleep, but the best part? I can wake it up with the same app!!!!

2/11/2018 Same. Dev is very responsive and is still curating his app. Very satisfactory controller for my home media center (networked Yamaha AV amplifying Polk speakers and controlling macMini, LED TV, ROKU 3, AppleTV4, CD carousel). Nice. A buy. 12/22/17: a month or two later and very satisfied. Dev replied promptly to support requests and is both actively curating and expanding his app. That's what you want. ***** I purchased the complete package as I wished not only to have remote control of my Mac mini media center's mouse but also have the screen remote visualization like Splashtop and others. Overall I find the app very fast and quite complete in its functionality. Developer also responds promptly to questions and requests which is super useful. I think it's a good value.
