This program is ok. I'm experienced enough to not be handicapped by its limited options too much. It would be nice to have a full window but that's probably why it has a drag option you would need to pay for.

There is a pretty substantial amount of documentation, but it's all written assuming you've worked with programs like this before and know how to do everything already. I couldn't get it to connect to my computer and there was no indication as to what they problem was.

I got a ransomware virus that tracked in on this product. I was using PC magic virus protection and got no response when I reported this to them. The IP address was track to Russia and I refused to pay the three bitcoin ransom. Now I use a more secured remote excess product and McAfee virus program without any issues

I mistakenly gave this product a bad review, overlooking one of the configuration options available. The product works as needed. Better than the Microsoft RDP app.
Lite version 2 minute limit

After years of the lite version being good. A 2 minute limitation now renders useless. DELETED!
