I love this app, the service team is awesome, first transfer they personally contacted me to confirm the information in the transfer accounts as I have another Mexican bank account in my name and they wanted to confirm. After this I could just keep on making transfers without issues at all, exchange rates is awesome and express transfers happen instantaneously. Economic transfers happen in 3 days. I wouldn’t recommend any other service to transfer money to your loved ones, tried western union before and it is so complicated.

I was sending money to my mother and the customer protection team requested a selfie holding my D/L and my bank statement What kind of verification is that from what i read i do not know of any bank or law that says to send in a selfie with D/L next to you to verify That is the most ridiculous fake policy I’ve ever heard in my life So I canceled my transaction and started useing XOOM.com
