Remitano would take your crypto, use it to trade without crediting you the value in cash, they always have excuses and lie a lot... why would you take your time and spend over 48 hours to pay you your money.

They mistakenly make fiat payment to my account after about 28 days interval of the initiated transaction and my bank account was reported unaware even without any notification from remitano.com of the mistake and the second day of the payment I got a mail from by bank that there is a recall for refund of the payment in questions and the money was refunded but I still have my my bitcoin frozen not after I have shown all proof of the refund from my bank and I kept asking them to show me the statement of the account that made the error payment so as to be sure if they haven’t got the refund but they won’t do that ...

Reopening of trades after being canceled automatically

I hate it when a trade that’s automatically canceled will eventually pop back up disputed after some minutes when one already opened another trade. Sometimes after 10 to 15mins, so annoying. Someone will have to sell a the coin twice
