This app is great but I’ve been having issues withdrawing money from my Wallet to my bank account.. most time When I process withdraw I get credited immediately in my bank account most time it take 24 hours to get credited using the same process and it so annoying you really have to fix this

Firstly I had my account locked and had to send in my passport and video to unlock. Then 2 months later I suddenly couldn’t login to my account anymore. I click on the link sent to my email immediately and it says the link expired ( this link is said to last for 15 minutes ) I’ve waited for 5 days and none of their customer service is helpful. I have 0.003 Btc in there and I’m just glad I do not have more than that. This company steals your money just cause there’s nowhere to find them other than the net. What a world! Legitimate scammers!

Please my account was banned for no reason and It very unfortunate that I still have bitcoin work $183 in my wallet. I never violated rules. I was just logged out for no reason while I was try to verify my account with my identity. All efforts to get a reply to this has proven abortive because I email your support and still haven’t gotten a response or feedback to why this is done. Please don’t save your bitcoin in this app. You will lose it.?
