Hardly ever works. Someone banging on door and app won’t load! So frustrating. Doesn’t matter if Apple or Android. Have to give 1 star because 0 is not an option.
Constant issues with the door bell.

We’ve had so many issues with the doorbell going offline and the technicians blamed it on the internet connection. We got faster internet and we still have the same issues. Worst of all, we’ve had the system since April and the batteries went out in December, even though they are supposed to last 3-5 years.
Only works about 25% if the time.

Can’t set the alarm on no entry delay because I have to go through the garage to manually turn it off most of the time. Alarm.com is not any better.

Also I see a lot of dissatisfied customers in the these reviews but I don’t see no answers to any of the gripes
