The notifications and app worked great in the beginning. Now the camera goes out after any rain or storm the notifications stopped and customer support can't fix it. It's a total flop now.
I've had this app for several months and it's been so disappointing!! I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times and it just doesn't work all the time. We have so many issues arming and disarming our alarm. Yep still the same issues! About ready to dump reliant all together!!!
Not connecting to my thermostat since the update 3 days ago
Missing a couple features that are keeping it from getting 5 stars but it’s a great app overall.
Once I lusted my daughters email for notifications then I couldn’t remove it won’t give me the options otherwise I’d give it a five star
I’m not sure the app works. We have called twice and IM’d once asking for help. Nothing. Had no trouble with Brinks. Getting the run around. They are getting close to getting a cancelation.
Awful bad services waste of money and time should have not 3 years contract , not recommended please
