i personally LOVE this app. i got premium but even without premium it was great. i have trouble sleeping. i have a defuser and take melatonin at night. even with that i still had trouble sleeping. i saw this app and i downloaded it. i immediately got better sleep.

I love this app. It has so many different sounds and I love that it doesn’t require WiFi because me and my family take road trips a lot and I have a hard time falling asleep. I love how you can pick how long you have it on for. If you don’t have this app yet I would recommend downloading it

Normally going to sleep takes me around 30 minutes- 2 hours. But using this app it takes me around 5 minutes! Which is a huge drop, I normally use mixes which you can make in less than a minute and they have pre-made mixes that also help. Finally you can listen to sounds that are in the app.

It’s easy to use and I really love that I can set a timer on how long it plays (so it won’t run all night). Love to pictures that goes with the sound and the ability to mix multiple sounds. I just need a simple app to do its tricks to calm me and this does it! This app is also very stable over the years and it has become my go to app for sound relaxing.
