This app is so helpful for going to sleep – Relax Sounds - Relaxing Nature & Ambient Melodies - Help for Better Sleep, Baby Calming, White Noise, Meditation & Yoga Review

Normally going to sleep takes me around 30 minutes- 2 hours. But using this app it takes me around 5 minutes! Which is a huge drop, I normally use mixes which you can make in less than a minute and they have pre-made mixes that also help. Finally you can listen to sounds that are in the app.
