I think it has really good realistic sounds compared to all of the other apps out there, but I think in an uodate you should be able to leave the noises running after going out of the app (so I can still use my alarm clock) and you should also be able to shut off the backlight of your iPod and have the sounds going. Fix and it will be my favorite app hands down.

Doesn't run in the background so maximum amount of time it can be used is 5 minutes.( longest setting before auto sleep mode) Hope you can fall asleep in that amount of time.

There are definitely better. This I would recommend for someone who needs little to no help relaxing/sleeping. I need a lot of help sleeping. And I couldn't imagine how horrible it'd be to listen to the Music Box sound while in pitch darkness. I mean I am horrified by that sound. Someone please tell me I'm not the only one that is creeped out by that sound.
