Great Therapist

My wife and I are going through marriage counseling and this app is amazing. It linked it to many great Counselors and we found the best one yet whose name is Zsa Zsa Jenkins. Talk about a massive improvement in my marriage and family. We love her and thank Regain for finding such a gem. If you need any forms of help, Regain can and will help you find that.

It’s EMEA sy to correspond with therapists, send materials back and forth, and schedule. You do have to email to do anything on payments (freezing, skipping a week, etc) but they have quick responses. It can only share video of two (therapist & one participating individual computer) at a time, so when my partner is traveling, we have to call each other over zoom and then join the Regain call. Therapist can only see me, but can hear my partner and my partner can see/hear both the therapist and myself. So while it would be a nice update to have more than one participating computer at a time, I think it’s a rare scenario for the overall customer segment and we can work around it. Overall, great app.

Therapists aren’t great for couples

I can see how this is a good form of therapy for individuals. As a married couple we have been through 3 therapists and spent $1000 just to keep having to switch. 1rst guy talked about himself the whole time in his boxers…2nd lady was a robot who just sat there and asked us about our day like she was just counting down the minutes until the session was over. 3rd lady… today’s session involved one cat being on her head, a second cat licking her ask she told us all about her rescue cats and why this one was licking her. Oh and her eyes darting around as she watched other cats destroy her room that we couldn’t see off the screen. We paid money for this.

Would definitely recommend regain. We are doing it for couples therapy and we have already learned a lot about each other just in a few sessions. You can do phone or video conversations at your convenience.
