Not Intuitive. Very Buggy. I DON’T recommend

I have had nothing but problems with this App. I have had to contact customer service a few times, just trying to get my account set up. Their instructions for setting up you and your partner’s account are horrible. I started setting our accounts up, and I sent an invitation to my wife. But after chatting with customer service they accused me of creating a new account instead of accepting the invite from my wife! But I sent her the invite! So I followed their instructions to accept my wife’s invite and now it won’t send me the three digit verification code, and I even tried a different email address (though I didn’t want to really use this email address) and it still didn’t work. So I have contacted Customer Service again, and I am waiting to hear what their excuse is this time!

I think ReGain provides great service, but found therapists to have Social Worker backgrounds when I was looking for a psychologist.
A Terrific Tool for Couples

Our schedules as parents of young children makes it hard to schedule in person sessions so we tried ReGain and it worked! We were paired with an awesome counselor who was direct and made even our first session beneficial. Easy to use, app works great and we were paired in less than 24hrs with our first session within 48hrs. Thank you for building a community of professional, accessible help when it’s needed.
Great resource without having to leave your home!

We used BetterHelp after the pandemic started. When we needed some couple therapy, we looked to that type of resource and found the sister company ReGain. It has been so helpful. It is convenient & the hours are quite flexible with different schedules.
