My “go to” app!

halabisky

Absolutely love redfin! I look at it at least once a day and find it very helpful when looking for houses. The agents are also really nice to work with. This is a great service and I highly recommend it!

Apparently because I haven’t accepted the terms of use, but I have.

Room for improvement

DP1262

Before I continue this is the best app. None of the others are better. However it has many opportunities for improvement. 1. There’s a very annoying glitch recently. The ability to tune recommendations is broken. The hamburger button does not work. 2. Include flood risk in the home recommendations. The data is available. I’m not going to buy a home that will be underwater. Will make the choice far clearer. 3. Include landscape mode for the full user interface. I turn the phone sideways to see the pictures of the home. I would be very happy to stay landscape. 4. Include a minimum HOA. I know they get a bad rep but obviously many people like HOAs or they wouldn’t exist. I’m one of those people. Please add min HOA value or at bare minimum a check box that the home must have an HOA. Phenomenal app. Honestly. Add even two of these things and it’s 5 stars in my book.

Doesn’t work

And that’s the way it is. When you chance to edit things you can’t do it. And my daughter works for red bin

Great app. Awesome UI

My go to app for home searching. I would only ask for 2 things. 1) Seeing the “flood risk” on the app as you can the website. 2) being able to select the amount of cars per garage 1, 1.5, 2 etc...

Find home map doesn’t load

Map stays in loading. It’s been doing this for quite some time. Deleting app

Not Single Person friendly, limited functionality

BakeyMcBakealot

It’s frustrating not to be able to limit my search to no more than one or two bedrooms. It’s only 1+, 2+, etc. It’s also frustrating not to be able to fine tune years built, especially if I’m searching for an older home. There’s 20-year confined jumps from 1920 to 1940, etc. It would be great if we could just choose our own years without being constrained by specific blocks. Especially for saved searches. I end up getting alerts for a bunch of stuff I don’t want to simply because I can’t fine tune these things.

This app is awesome, the views of the real-estate surely will sell homes off the network!

House off market

House that are off market and here still for sale!!

Rural properties

I LOVE Redfin. They were the first real estate site to be map-based. Still the best user interface. BUT their continuing frequent misidentification of rural and semi-rural properties (wrong location /property) is frustrating.
