App Support form broken

Unable to fill out app support form that’s linked to from the App Store page. Also, app does not support portrait orientation, only landscape. Other iPad apps are fine.

Definitely the best real estate app available

I love Redfin. The keyword search is very accurate, the amount of information the app gives you on each home is incomparable. The co-buyer feature is great. Overall it is great and I would definitely recommend it. The only thing I would change is the ability to put commute time right in the filters, but it is still great to be able to check that as you view each home.

Removed from my iPone

I do not want them tracking my iPhone and obtaining my contact list. According to the App info, they can spy on you even when you are not using the app. Bye bye!

Great and all BUT...

linutb

Great app, love the features However to the app creator - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE work on updating properties status. Most properties on here are already under contract. This is very misleading and such a time waster. - coming from a Realtor. Thank you!

Always shows sever upgrading

It feels like it’s upgraded at least once a week! Actually I don’t think I feel anything about the upgrade. But every time I want to login and to search homes during 10:00 pm to 12:00 am. It shows the sever is down!

Upcoming tours gone / endless spinner

In the last few days, I cannot see my past tours (results in an endless spinner). And the upcoming tours section has disappeared. Even though I know for a fact that I have upcoming tours. In the past few days, the app updated and I added a co-buyer. Both of us are having the same issues. I've tried reinstalling the app, a different phone, and restarting my device between reinstalls. Nothing fixes the problem. This is basic functionality for a home buyer. I need to know when I should go and see a home!

Deep links broken

Lucas.lallement

Your deep linking system is broken. Half of the time I click on a property on my email it gets stuck on the feed. Not sure if you use branch.io maybe update your pod. Be nice to UI test that. Tried to leave feedback instead of a bad review but even that is broken. Forces you to pick an area (an area) but no drop down shows or anything to pick. Anyways everything else is good. I put 2 stars so you see it, at my work we filter the good ones out. I’ll switch my rating to 5 later.

Features request

BeerAndPhilosophy

1. When filtering by price in the app, please allow for Min/Max price to be in intervals smaller than 50k. It would be nice to be able to put in a custom input. 2. Please make it possible to sort by commute time. It would be ideal if we could search by “within <minutes> commute to <address>” instead of having to first put in a location and then check the commute time for each result. Overall a good app, but I still go to other apps which have features that this one does not.

Poor Viewing

Sad Face 2021

Map view won’t close. Only small pictures of houses on right side of screen. No option to minimize map view and see larger pictures of homes as main view like on Zillow.

You would be better flushing money down the toilet

I have had 2 experiences with Redfin as a buyer and both experiences I have lost significant amounts of money because the realtors that Redfin recommended me to were inexperienced and did not do research. The first was on a duplex property that came down to closing and the banks would not carry the loan because it was not zoned for a multi family home. I lost $2000 in promissory money, $450 from the inspection, $600 from the appraisal and another $1000 in repairs that I had to do in order for it to pass inspection. The second time was on a townhouse that we had put in an offer at $159,900 but the property only appraised for $150,000 so I lost $450 on the inspection and $500 on the appraisal. The agent should have looked at comps before even putting an offer in.
