This app is one of the most real-time apps for homebuyers.

I've been using this app for the last year, and it's the best real estate app I've ever used. The app will make recommendations and by signing up for their email notification, I get regular updates on the sale price of homes I've seen and favorited. I highly recommend it.

I like how u show walking distance & value of the homes, but don't like theirs no place the home owner can update mistakes you have about their home like Zillow does. Mine & my mother's home are mistaken on how many bedrooms, SQ FT, what year it was built, etc. doesn't make sense.

Good app went a wrong way

I think it repeated the route of many apps today. The desire to change something, created UI monster which is impossible to use. Example of poor development strategy disconnected from user community. It seems like developer decided what will be better for user, rather than it was based on feedback of users.

The search is awful

The app couldn't find Greenwich, CT or Park City, UT. The rest of it doesn't really matter at that point. How can it be this much of a fail?

Used to love the Redfin app - now it's useless

I've been in search of a home for a couple months now and Redfin has proven to be great - until recently. I now continually get homes recommended to me that are way outside of my saved search parameters I even get notifications for homes that are outside of my map parameters. Why the change? It's very frustrating to get continual notifications for homes I don't care about and having to dig thru newly listed properties in the app. It's a complete waste of time and I feel that I missing out on homes that are relevant to me because I'm digging thru so much irrelevant data. PLEASE, please fix!

It does what I need and more

Great app for home searching. Has all of the details I need. I like the built in calculator. Notifications are useful.

Pretty good app. Like it more than some home searching apps. It has a glitch that it won't allow me to add a "co-buyer" - a feature within the app. I like that it shows HOA dues so you can get a better picture of a monthly payment.
