New update will not open. It freezes on a red screen instead of opening the app.

So far, the app is wonderful. I was a big Zillow user before, but there was an issue with listings not always being updated when it turned out they were actually already pending for sale. It looks like the Redfin app is more accurate in that regard. Which gives seriously searching homebuyers an edge looking into competitive markets.

My new favorite similar data but better context and tracking of status changes

Used to like this app better than Zillow but now it's closing me out of houses and refreshing the screen so I can't find them again. Forces you to wait for it to refresh any time you move the map even if it's not the area you're looking to view. Frustrating

I live in Redfin's hometown, a very expensive market. I don't have the courage to buy right now but I have been looking for a very long time. the app has always been great but then they broke it. I updated to the latest on 8/18 and it is still not fixed. I launch the app, there is a flash where it looks like the app is going to load but I end up with the solid red screen. UPDATE: The app has recovered. Now it launches fine.

Continue to have street view problems..... Now I get a strange screen with an arrow asking me to tap, but nothing happens. I have a screen shot of it if that would help. It just seems Redfin keeps getting tangled up on itself. I also attempted to go into "problem?" Option, but it did not work in either the app or on your website.

Used it for years with no problem unless I zoomed out a map, which caused it to crash. Now it will only work once, and in trying to open it a second time offers a blank red page. So sick of these "bug fixes" that totally break apps.
