*Usually* (¡!) more information than other realtor apps. Filter can be flaky, may disappear. This is my realty app of choice and habit. (Too bad Covid19 has eaten the market.)

I cannot understand why anyone would NOT use Redfin for their RE needs. They are a full service co, providing any RE need that you you need and giving you $ back which no other co does. Listen and learn and pay less.

It’s overall an easy to use app! Just 2 things we wish they could be improved. One is to inform the user when a home they wish to tour is under contingent. Another thing is to notify the user when the home tour schedule is being changed and also inform the user the reason why some homes in the tour are not able to see.

I get notifications of houses that have sold and others that are pending. I get notifications of others but then due to price limits, you can’t show me. It takes a long time for pictures and information to load. It’s not working well.
