Redbooth

We use redbooth for our business but the mobile app is lacking. We have technicians and managers in the field who need access to notes. We keep client information on redbooth like phone numbers and address. The app does not allow you to click a phone number to make a call or click an address and go to it in maps. It also does not allow you to “copy” these fields to paste into phone or maps. Most other apps have these features, so it shouldn’t be an issues to make it happen.

Need to improve

Still missing some features like best visualisation of tasks and log hours

The absolute best for the price

I’ve tried every darn one of these project management SaaS solutions known to man, and this one is the most streamlined, elegant, and sufficient for all my needs. It’s always had a good consistent experience between desktop and mobile as well.

The only task management tool thats ever worked for me

ghoush

I have tried just about every tool. Asana is far to large, Jira is too complex, Trello is too simple, and so on. I have never been able to just use the tool and actually get things done. Then I found RedBooth, and felt like I was home. I am not sure that I could tell you exactly why it just fits for me, but the best description I can give you is that its as easy to use and free flowing as Trello, while having the only features I really need from the larger more complex tools. It’s that middle ground that just does what I need. Beyond all of that, they are rolling out good updates very fast. The company has been great to work with and support is very responsive. The App is not as good as the Desktop/Web version yet, but it is catching up fast. And I really want the web version for most things anyways. The App does what I need when I am remote or on-the-go. With constant updates, I am sure it will catch up quick.

Love it

So far, having tried every method in existence, I’ve come to the conclusion that redbooth is the best overall planning and collaboration tool. As they add more feature and actually planning frameworks and integrations, the sky is the limit. It is also extremely easy to use and uncluttered. Love it. Keep up the great work to everyone at the company.

Best there is.

I tried all of the project management tools and apps, and for the money, Redbooth has it all. The UI is so simple and elegant. It does what it needs to do very well.

App Freezing

The app downloaded ok onto my work iPad but continually freezes. I have to keep deleting and reinstalling the app to see anything. This is a hinderance when I’m on the road and trying to complete tasks. Please fix it.

Review Update: Excellent Progress!!

NIXZPIXZ

The redbooth team has diligently improved their web, OS and iOS products. We have been extremely happy with the changes and improvements made over the previous year. Although iOS tends to be a secondary priority to the main product platform, RB has consistently pushed to integrate their amazing features and use tools. Keep up the impressive work. Old review: If you are comparing Asana, Trella and others to Redbooth for an immediate decision and you require a highly funcational mobility solution that has seemless integration, sadly Redbooth is not your best choice today. However, if you want the best web and desktop solution and a support team that listens and is diligently working to improve the product being delivered, then Redbooth is your best option, hands down the best service product available and support team. The greatest weakness Redbooth currently has and the one aspect holding the product from being number one in the market is their mobility solution. The iOS app has been an "after thought" and "low priority." However, that is changing. This update is but 1 of 50 they desperately need but they are clearly working to make this product better and more effective. I greatly appreciate their current commitment and effort regardless of my frustration with the iOS solutions currently available. I've partnered our company with Redbooth for the long term so the short term is painful but not a "deal killer" at this time. I applaud the team at Redbooth for making the iOS apps a priority now and for investing resources to getting a quality product available to their existing clients. Please keep moving forward and thank you for listening and responding to the ideas and feature requests.

I don’t like to rate

DanCharles

I love that iOS lets you tell the system you don’t want to be asked rate apps. I review apps all the time, but my choice. While I love Redbooth both as an app & service, they are ignoring that system preference and seemingly won’t let me use the app until I rate it. So I have, 1-Star.

Doesn’t work

Downloaded the app. Tried to signup. Enter my email (as step 1 of 3). Goes to a spinning wheel, never advancing to step 2. Deleted app and reinstalled, same problem.
