Have used this app for a few years with no issues at all. Since the latest update it freezes repeatedly, won’t send to Android users as it did in the past and causes the send button to disappear. I kept tapping the upper right hand corner to try to get the “send” to reappear and it sent four copies of the card. Please take a look at these issues.

There’s too many crashes and I’m always having to redo all of my cards. I would love to give this more stars but I can’t.

Once I try to edit some of the text the app pause and they only way to use the app again is to close a restart the app without saving your work

Downloaded the app and tried to connect my social media accounts; Instagram gives me an error message and Facebook connected, but no pictures ever load. I contacted the company, but have gotten zero response. So in summary, this app is useless.

This app is a great way to send a virtual card! It feels like a bump up from just a text. And you can really impress by sending via snail mail. Lately the app seems buggy, though. The colors in the ecards sometimes don’t match the thumbnails... like way off. Sometimes I can’t get an ecard to send via email. Then, after I finally get it to send via email, the composition screen doesn’t disappear, so it looks like the email didn't send. But when I checked my sent box and went through and so I just forced closed the app.

Seeing the same designs after long term use. The app is great but the color schemes and designs could use a little maintenance

Red Stamp sent pics of a different family out for the holidays. I sent them photo evidence of a Christmas card recipient who received a picture of strangers and their dog in the mail tucked in an envelope that had my return address. I have reached out to customer service TWICE and not received a response in a week. I would at minimum like to have my money back. Secondly, the paper is not the quality of competitors. BYE, RED STAMP!

I've used this app / service before and didn't have any issues with it. I tried to use it to send some birthday cards today and I'm just about ready to delete the app and never use it again. It's absolutely infuriating when you have to close and restart an app to send one card. I even tried on the website and had issues. I will try to give you a few examples of my frustrations, If I don't blow a gasket. First off, logging in was a pain. Told me that I didn't have an account, but was able to log in online no problem. So there's a force close, and restart. Then I select the card I want and try to add a picture, won't let me add the picture and freezes. There's another, force close and restart. After I finally get the pictures I want on it. I try to edit the text... No keyboard pops up, then freezes. You guessed it... Force close and restart. So I think you are getting the idea here. I even tried to delete the app and reinstalled. No luck. Hope you all are having better luck than I. I guess at this point it's easier and less frustrating to go buy a card. Redstamp, get your act together. You have a good thing, don't ruin it. (if it's already not too late.)

I’m a Thirty-One Consultant and discovered this program as a great way to follow up with customers. The web version is great but this app hasn’t been updated with new Spring photos and the keyboard doesn’t work for typing in text boxes.
