Working but prices went up

The app is up and running and working well. I have used them for years and really love this app. However I was bummed to see their prices went up.
Image Disappears

If I click on a specific card for a digital flier, the image on the card disappears and I'm left with just a white screen. Please fix this. Thanks!
App stopped working

For the last few weeks, it hasn't allowed me to actually send the cards I create. Otherwise it has always been a great app!

I sent Birthday cards to 10 different people. Only 1 person actually received the card. The others never received anything. Awful service.

The .com site and app don't play well together

The perimeters when you make and edit a card on redstamp.com are different from the ones on the red stamp app. It becomes very frustrating when I want to make edits on the app, for cards I created on the website, because the text sizing gets all messed up.
