Terrible
Frustrated user 6892691
I have had multiple frustrating experiences with this app. The reservation system is slow and woefully ill-equipped to handle the most basic of functions. The icing on the cake for me was when I was sent a survey to get my feedback. Upon completing the survey, the submission was unable to be completed. The management of this is beyond embarrassing. If there was an alternative app, I would use that and offload this awful waste of space.

Like most things the state (i.e. government) is responsible for or has a part in…this app does not work. Can’t log in and gives error message when attempting to do most things the app is supposedly made to do.
