I am not a singer, far from it. ??? But I wanted to make recordings for friends (birthday, anniversary, etc.). When I record a song, it ends up with a black square in the middle. Is there a way to have your singing/talking overlay a video? Example, if I make a movie in Windows Movie Maker, do I just insert the recording as the background track? Or is there a way to add pictures, video clips in this app? Thanks for any help! Why aren't there any instructions from developer? ???

I have a project due tomorrow for my Intro to Flash course and it requires audio. This app allowed me to import recordings straight from my text messages and from my email, clip them exactly where I needed to, and then export them to another app for conversion or to my email. All quickly, precisely, and easily. The interface is very user friendly and the response time is smooth. I only wish it did two more things. One of my files has audio that's too quiet, so I had to export the recording to another app to increase the volume. It also had to be in MP3 format to be compatible with my animation software, so I had to transfer all my chosen recordings to another app for conversion. For what this app does, it is fantastic. I highly recommend this to those who need to record AND edit audio files without a full-scale sound booth.

This is like Bias Peak or SoundDesigner 2 (if you can remember those apps!) thank god they made this incredible app! It is simple and yet effective for chopping up samples to make loops , scratch pad ideas, and as a recorder it just works better in that you automatically get a chance to edit or Pick Takes like a professional DAW ! I have used this as a creative tool for years! And that's a big plus since this app has worked since my iPhone 3GS!!! Many apps come and developers just drop off the map! But this app is worth it!!! I wrote this review because it's proven to be a legacy app in its own right! And I compare it to the old apps I used on my Macintosh PowerPC yes before the G3 G4!!! ;-)

I’d give 0 stars if I could. See below for how this app used to work-I’m upset that I have potentially lost over 30 hours of content. I use this to mainly record rehearsals/gigs so that i can listen/critique-for that, this works fine. I can't seem to set the input level low enough to not distort at all (even when it is as low as 5%-with bands that aren't all that loud. Honestly, it's not too bad). Also, it would be nice to be able to add fade-ins and fade-outs to clips. Overall, I'm satisfied with this-especially for something that is only $0.99...

App is great! Recording quality is off the chain, just hope it has record and pause using the vol. buttons. And able to create account!!! So I can’t transfer all my recorded stuff phone to phone!!! Dude, I had this since it launched... It guarantee satisfaction!! But hope they hear me out.

Now that I have updated my phone to iso11 I can’t use the app because Tapasaurus hasn’t update the app to be compatible. I wouldn’t mind so much but I paid for this app for a reason. Before this I loved it! I would have given it 5 ⭐️s.

I have used this app for several years and I have quite a few recordings on it. But Apple updated their software to 11.0 and now not only does the app not work. It seems I have lost all my recordings. This is terrible. If someone has a fixed let me know please
