I have tried and tried , I just wanted to make a payment I did everything right I even watched the video you guys have over and over again I tried to make. $25.00 payment but it doesn’t work the way it supposed to then all of a sudden it showed I have $25.00 on my account I made my call and I talked for less than a minute then a message comes up on my screen and it says I have no credit on my account, ok now this is so frustrating when I have to make an emergency call you guys don’t even have a telephone number for customers to call it’s only by email , and this is not convenient.....

I have had connection problems I usually don’t have time to complain or write review but I am fed up with this company because when l emailed their customer service I received confirmation that some one will contact me no one ever did! Now I just decided to remove this app and will look for other company with better services.

Total scam..... I bought a $5 credit for $7.99, but lasted only 3min and left me with $1.36 and when I try to call back it says I don’t have enough credit .......better of using Viber

It said that I will get 20 minutes free, but once I placed a call it only gave me 3 minutes. Quality if the call is excellent, very clear
