Service is loud and clear, however if you're in a remote area, it will depend on the service of your phone. Overall it's excellent. Rebtel needs to provide a way to quickly reach them in terms of customer service. I would have given 5* but they don't have customer service.

Call quality is excellent. Issues faced initially but customer service resolved and I don't look beyond Rebtel when it's about calling family in India

Unable to call using phonebook

It always asks again for the number. My phone book is saved with international format numbers. This is coming when calling from US to India using local calls.
