This app was a last resort at stopping the habit. It worked! And it’s free. Just keep yourself busy, listen to the science before your know it you’ll be a week free from the the poison.

It really helps to see how long you can go without falling back. Tracking your days helps you to work for them/ toward that. It all stacks up as you reenforce that detox mentality/way of life and the progress you track helps to strengthen your mind. The quotes they give are inspirational but the thing I find most helpful is the two image comparisons of the after effect of guilt/shame after falling and the joy/happiness of living the life you want to live. They give various pictures for this comparison to help you strengthen your resolve and help you get the outcome you want, happiness.
