Simple and effective

dagshs

The app is simple and very effective. It makes you do the hard work and opens your eyes to the rewards that we give to ourself in this reboot program.

Very functional and easy to use

Guitar Beginner!

Good improve a bit on aesthetics but that not that important. I’m reminded to use the app every day to check in so it keeps me consistent. It’s also fairly simple and straightforward; making it easier to go back to app

It’s a goal and it helps with that goal

Like a majority of everyone here. We are here to overcome an issue with open in our life. What I like the most about this app is that if I feel that I need to go watch it. That extra step of hitting the help button works. I don’t go take a nap or exercise but me going to a different app and saying help reminds me that I am trying to stop and it kicks me in the butt to stay strong. One extra step makes a difference.

This app is amazing

Ever since I started to watch porn i felt absolutely awful and regret it. Now that i’ve got this app i’ve been improving and soon will be done with the habit. I highly recomend this to anyone who wants to get out of their, adiction to porn it really will change your life for the better.

Awesome

Thank you for providing an app that is focused on helping. Every other app like this has expensive subscriptions and cares more about preying on people in crisis. This app is truly a breath of fresh air. It’s simple, effective and very informative. Understanding the nature of this addiction is critical to overcoming. Thank you!

Needs to be like the Samsung version!

indigo91

The Samsung version of this app was more engaging because it had a challenge setting where it counts down and rewards you for going a certain amount of time without porn; 1 day to 3 days to a week and so on. It helped! I switched back to the iPhone because I was more familiar/comfortable with it and I disabled safari. I don’t know why this version doesn’t have the version Samsung has. Update this app please!

Good intention but bad messages

daveonezero

I have been looking for a simple tracking and motivational app for my recovery. At first I thought this was it but the articles are very hit and miss. There was a lot I agreed with but then read one that porn lead to violence. It was atrocious and probably more harmful than helpful. It is as bad as saying rap or video games leads to violence.

Brainbuddy is a rip off!!!

Bob Dillion

Just use this free version instead. Almost the same thing. Thank you so much devs!

Simple is always good

Nairobi, mn

As a counter it is the best I have ever used. Then the information about porn addiction that is true and informative and of course backed up by evidence. I have not relapsed since I started using this counter, but I was wondering what will happen if you mistakenly said “yes” instead of “no.” Can you edit?

Nice Try, But Doesn’t Actually Do Anything

Joe Blow 07

This app is a clean and stylish interface and that’s about it. It doesn’t actually DO anything. The timeframes are fixed, all I have as a reinforcement tactic is to look at the same two stock photos, the daily message or porn alternative is just the same thing over and over...in other words it offers nothing but monotony in response against dopamine reward wiring in someone’s head. It doesn’t really track much of anything and honestly I got tired of seeing sitting there and the same two or three screens to “choose” from. Not a good deterrent method for trying to channel energy into more productive things.
