This app brought zero inquiries. Once I listed my property, I could not even find it again without knowing the address of the property I had listed, searching like the general public would search. The app was easy for me to use, but apparently not fruitful for someone who might have searched for a property like mine. It was a waste of time!
Needs 1 major change, but overall great app.

The app is pretty good, has good filter options which can help you get better search results. However, the one problem I have is that room only rentals are included in the apartment searches. It REALLY is a time waster and frustrating when you have to open up every listing and read thru it to find out it's actually a room for rent in a shared apartment. If you can add an option that separates rooms from apartments that would be fantastic!

I would like to be able to select, basement and view properties that may potentially have them instead of going thru them all. No report listing some commercial properties pop up and it's misleading.
