Great at finding rentals others don’t show

I would only recommend that it gives the option to eliminate furnishes or short term vacation rentals from your search. In Arizona, we have a lot of those for the snowbirds and it can get confusing when locals are looking to rent for 1 year +.

I absolutely love this app, for the most part all rental apps have the same listings but this is the best because you can add notes on why you did or did not like the place, and when you click back on it big as frickin day it’s says contacted!! Makes my job 10X easier!! It’s so hard to keep track who I contacted and why I didn’t like the place
Better than the Rest

The other apps (Zillow, Trulia, Apartments, HotPads) have far fewer listings. This app beats them all!
