With the Realist mobile app, registered MLS users get to:
•Search for any residential property in your area
•Search an owner’s name across multiple counties simultaneously

The Realist mobile experience can only be used by licensed real estate agents, brokers and other affiliated professionals that already have an active MLS subscription with a valid username and password. An active Realist account is also required to use this App. To register now, access Realist on your desktop and click the “Realist Mobile” link in the upper right corner of the screen. Don’t see the link? Contact your MLS directly for assistance.

Considering how important this app is of a tool and access to this info is being paid for, this m am disappointed. I have registered on PC, but App doesn’t recognize my username. Zero instructions. Like everyone else’s review

I have always been a fan of the Realist data. The app has a clean interface. I would like to be able to jump to comparables list while viewing a property report. Also would like to see may last map view cached for faster viewing when I return to a previous map view.

This is a nice app from Realist that allows me to quickly look up accurate property information while out of the office with clients. Especially like that comparable sales are displayed along with my prospects's home.

Thanks to this app, while door knocking I have impressed many people by knowing their names before ever meeting them. Also, I really like that I can now touch the home I'm standing in front of on the map to see the property details without having to search by the address.

First the feedback form times out and says "Ünable to create request" Then the App doesn't allow you to search by address the map hovers over your location and if you try and type in an address it "time out" this thing is a mess. Don't bother for a few months until all the bugs are fixed

Can't even get past login - no info on what user name or PW to use ( my MLS info through which this service is available does not work) and no way to find out anything. Touching "forget password" does nothing either.

This was an awful experience page wouldn't display correctly, couldn't remove key pad, couldn't sign out, wouldn't rotate Don't even want to give it one star, & what's up with having to leave a nick name for a review?

Can't get in on MLS or on my phone. Does not take my MLS log in or the one I registered with. It works for a friend of mine and she loves it. She can't make it work for me. It's a great idea but needs LOTS of work still. Forgot password key does not wot either.

For all those who can't log on you need to log in on your computer through your mls. Once on Realist on you computer at the top it will have a link saying Realist Mobile. You have to click on that to set up a mobile account. Hope this helps.
