With content regularly being added, I think this is one of the best apps to prepare for the exam. Though, flashcards need more work.

I really wanted to like this app. The price for a year couldn't be beat for all it offered. Problem is, the flashcards are useless because most of them say "which of the following" and yet there are no multiple chocie answers from which to pick from. If you dont want to study from flash cards and just need practice tests and questions, this might still be a good option.

I do not recommend this app. Find an app that covers real estate laws in YOUR STATE! Every state is different you would be better off reading the book than this app! This app doesn't even cover a specific state it's just questions thrown out there that may not even be in your exam depending the state you are in!
