Have not taken the exam yet, but the questions contained within the app seem to coincide with many of the questions in the real estate text provided by the state association of realtors. I do like how the app tracks the questions you've gotten wrong and sets them aside for further review. I'd definitely recommend this app to anyone studying for the exam

Doesn't work

Flash cards ask multiple choice questions, but don't offer any answers to choose from. ("Which of these answers is correct?") Kind of hard to choose one out of nothing. I also tried to use the "how to use this app" feature. It doesn't open. Guess they need to make a "how to use this 'how to use this app' feature.

I used Real Est License app for about 3 months and it's really helpful to study on my iphone when I have time during lunch break. The practice test and flashcards are the best function.
