Latest update asks for First and Last name. When I enter my name, it says error occurred. Also, I am not able to login to my past account as it says "user (or number) already exists"

I used to use this app years ago. It worked ok had some numbers. I paid for $26.00 package! It hasn’t downloaded 1 number. I’m so mad. I want a refund and no one gets back to you. It’s FAKE! They STEAL MONEY. Don’t help! Apple tells you to call the people who made app. BOTTOM LINE A WASTE OF MONEY. Never got refunded!!
