I purchased the premium plus and i payed and they took the money 3 times with no any updates

I keep trying to use it for several hours now after downloading it and I keep getting a message that it’s unavailable and to try again later. I also put in my work number and it lists some female’s name. Doesn’t seem to be reliable or accurate in its information.
