One little quirk

wfseube

I love the app and the ability to create my own custom plan. The only issue I see is that it doesn’t seem to handle leap year correctly. The plan I just created has a dependency on certain entries happening on Sundays, and since it doesn’t recognize 2/29/16, everything is off by a day after 2/28. Other than that, thanks for creating the ONE app I could find that allows me to create my own plan.

Great App, Wonderful Developer

ChristelJayne

This is a very versatile Bible reading app. It has all kinds of reading plans, and the app developer is willing to add plans if the one you want isn’t already there. The app developer is also extremely responsive and helpful; I requested an additional feature and quickly heard back from the developer that he’d be happy to add it on the next update. I really appreciate the service of this developer and the fact that this app is free. It’s definitely worth being a paid app!

Sync progress

Rootykazooty

Great app with numerous plans to chose from. However, I have to manually "sync progress" anytime I switch between my devices. Could this be made to default progress?

Turn on Badges

Nookerbrain

This is my most used, daily app. Well-crafted, easy and accessible. Simple, intuitive, just get ‘er done design. I love it. I can read my Bible anywhere I have my phone. I don’t know what the earlier reviewer is talking about: In Settings you can turn on or off Badges and/or Notifications. The user might’ve turned them off at one point if they were there before. Also, I have had Support from this developer - he is fast and quite helpful- just contact him if trouble of any sort. It is not true, nor charitable, to give a one-star review to such a helpful, well-designed - and free - app. ReadingPlan is a boon to serious-minded Christians everywhere.

Simple but good

knightontherim

Pros: A large list of plans Flexible progress tracker Notifications and reminders Cons: No customizable plans List isn't searchable or filterable

Love it!! But it's in need of one thing....

It's Showtime ABS-CBN

You guys need to create like a "catch-up" option. I have missed a lot of days on my bible reading and I certainly don't have the time to cram and read everything that I've missed on. So please please, add a catch-up option. But other than that, i love it!! I'm content with it. Simple and easy to use, i like it this way. No need for bougie themes, and other artsy features.. :))

Love it

So good, thanks!

Superb, customizable reading plan app

luisdent

It is what it says, a reading plan app. Simple premise, sure. However, this app really masters what it is for. It offers a huge variety of plans. According to the FAQ, the creator will even accept custom plans and implement them in the app. There are many options to tweak the behavior of the app, what you see when you load it, how to group and format readings, what app to launch for reading, date and reminder settings, notifications, etc. It is very highly customizable considering it is a simple reading plan app. Best of all, it loads quickly and simply works well. Best app for the task out there. Highly recommended.
