Cannot Log in

I have tried to buy this app twice now. Each time I was charged as wasn’t able to log in. I have contacted support with no response. I had to go through apple and am now awaiting a refund. What a headache.
Cancel impossible

I tried a month free trial. Not enough books. So wanted to cancel but it’s so hard to find for cancellation. I want to cancel!!!!!!! They got my money and can’t be cancelled.

Not sure what happened? The app is great but when overloaded it crashes takes awhile to log back in.

Depending on how old your kids are but mine loved it. The only thing my kids say they want more of is avenger books like black panther
