A big waste of time!!!

OK guys so lately we've been having like power outages and stuff and it's kind a hard for us to get on network so I download this app so I can get into my school but it did not work it's so difficult to get in I suggest you do not get this app it's a huge waste of time.

There does not appear to be any way to login if you already have an account. Seems to be a major flaw in the app.

I have to use this for my college classes this semester. It’s extremely difficult to set up, and I can’t go on to my phone to check something quickly when I’m on the go. I’m very unhappy that my school decided we NEEDED to use this app!

Would give zero stars if i could, I downloaded this for school and now I have no access to my accounts and can not complete my assignments. This pandemic put everyone online and that’s a struggle within itself but for this app to not allow me to complete work and then not respond to any of the customer support emails I have sent. This is be far a waste of time and would not recommend any student to download this.

Yeah don’t get this, if you try and delete your RapidIdentity account the “ping me authentication” doesn’t get disabled when you login to your regular college account, causing you to be locked out of your student account.

The app almost never allowed me to log on to my schools information. After a while I had enough so I tried to remove it. Instead what it did is remove my information only from the app but everything else remained. I can’t log on to my school stuff because it requires j use the app but that information is gone. I can’t do anything now. I was fine putting in my password to log on but I can’t even do that. Seeing all these negative reviews shows that I’m not the only one that absolutely dreads this awful app.
