The RapidIdentity Mobile Client enables organizations to use Push and Time-based One-Time Passcode (TOTP) authentication methods in place of passwords or as a second verification step during the login process to RapidIdentity and RapidIdentity SSO enabled applications. RapidIdentity TOTP works offline and does not require any cellular or wifi connection.
The RapidIdentity Mobile Client can also generate TOTP passcodes for RapidIdentity and other personal SaaS services and web applications that support mobile-generated passcodes, enabling users to consolidate other authentication tools into a single app. It supports all the same apps supported by Google Authenticator, including Gmail, LastPass, Evernote, Dropbox, Facebook, and much more.
With the RapidIdentity Mobile App, you can also lock specific passcodes behind a PIN or your phone Touch ID, so even if your phone is taken, your codes are not left exposed.
When an organization employs RapidIdentity Mobile Client to facilitate authentication to their environment, it is necessary to have RapidIdentity Server version 4.8.2 or later to ensure the mobile device can receive notifications from RapidIdentity Server.

Doesn’t do what it should

The one thing this app is supposed to do is authenticate. It can’t do that. Ping me spins continuously and then locks you out. Now I can’t access anything. Wow

You’re better off logging in to your account the old fashion way because once you log in using this app there is no going back. There’s many inconveniences with using this app. Lately it’s started to lag to get me to log into my school account. It doesn’t always work to log in using the phone. It takes a couple of attempts to get it to work. Not convenient when things are due and it doesn’t want to let you log in.

The link led me to create an acc with info required that I didn’t have. Had to click the link a third time to take me to the right screen and finish registering.
You can’t even log in!!!

I downloaded this app so I could log into my school for social distancing learning. I spent maybe an hour trying to figure out how to log into it with my school account. Distance learning is already so stressful, I do not recommend this app. Screw 2020
