This app’s existence is weird

It seems to load slightly faster when it works. Ring updates constantly cause problems. That the original app needs a second app to address one of Its major problems, is a red flag.

First of all, how about make your other app faster, instead of requiring 2 separate apps to get even halfway decent functionality. Second, if you tap on a notification, it doesn’t even automatically take you to a live view, you still have to tap to play. Third, wanna use a VPN. It’ll log you out automatically when you open the app. Probably so they can always make sure they’re tracking you.

Stated with the original ring door bell it either great then we bought the ring door bell 2 it hasn’t worked right since we put it up and the app literally is worthless

Stopped working with the newest doorbell pro. Tried on multiple iPhones with various iOS. No use! Great Wifi, Internet connection, all firmware up to date. Ring app works flawlessly with that doorbell. Deleted and reinstalled. No help. Customer support useless!

It’s fast but you can’t stop the thing!! At least my iPhone 11 doesn’t give me any option to get out of it. I have to kill the app to get it out of sight.

I hate this ring, it’s not what I expected, the alerts are as much as 2 minutes late!!! Shopping around for something else

What a piece of junk. I open it and then my phone stays stuck in it, till I have to reboot the iPone. Going to delete.
