Had NO clue until TODAY!!!
Rapid Ring is Right-on!!!
I have been wondering why my live view wasn’t working so well even with the Chime Pro booster until I went to the Help Center today. Did a search and found Rapid Ring!!! Works within 5 seconds for a live view and am so VERY PLEASED and impressed!!! Wish if the Ring app “knows” that it is having issues to automatically suggest downloading the Rapid Ring app ?

Works fine except for door bell rings

As stated, it provides much faster access to live video. When a detecting motion occurs, I can see it immediately however, when someone rings the doorbell, it takes forever to open up the live video. This is also true on the ring app.I prayed changing recording lengths and other setting, but I have not found anything that will let me see immediately who rang the doorbell.
Latest update makes this never rather than rapid.

This App has recently started failing to display video and yet the Ring app works fine. Ugh.

It is a peace of mind that ring is going to be there 24/7 to protect your family and variables , it could be a stray dog to a van backing up in your property you are going to be notified , and the best part it is going to be recorded, u can be on a trip or vacation thousands of miles away , u have documentation of every thing ,
Verify code won’t work

App won’t let me log in because the verification code they send to my phone won’t work. Have tried multiple times with various codes. They all just come up red. But my verification works on the normal ring app
Faulty Software

It keeps telling me that my iPhone needs to connect to the internet. I guess this review is being posted… through osmosis somehow?? LOL
