The app is very user friendly and fun to use. The rewards definitely provide an incentive to stay on track to meet my goals. It’s actually pretty easy. I’m earning gift cards for taking care of myself and becoming healthier. What’s stopping you?

Great for health benefits

Use this for credit on health benefits at work and it is easy and a great way to make sure I’m getting credit for activities which will help keep my health care cost down.
Coins are useless

You get 10 coins for logging in, and little more than that for completing missions. You’re supposed to be able to use the coins for auctions on products, but the bidding is always up around A MILLION coins! No way that’s even possible, so some users have obviously figured out how to game the system (or Rally is artificially inflating the bids to make it impossible). Useless. I use this only for the employer cash awards. The coins are a waste of time.
