Very, very poor questionnaire given at start. May have been at the prompting of my benefits company, but clearly a nutritionist wasn't involved.

I really enjoy having Rally as an incentive with my health provider. It gives me missions to focus on that improve my health and provide me with rewards. It's a win, win situation!!!
