Absolutely love this game, but...

PrinceofHB

This game is great to play with others. I’m addicted. The only problem is, the app needs some updates. Sometimes thins don’t work right and you need to force quit the app to fix it. Graphics need to be updated with higher resolution assets. And, the screen dimensioned need to support the iPad Pro screen size.

Robot hand not visible?

Rcflier

I thought one of the rules is that the opponent’s hand had to stay visible. I would request that the “Robot” hand be shown not just the number of tiles. Any thoughts?

Fun...

It different every game.

Won’t let me connect

It won’t let me connect to Gamecenter so I cannot play with friends. HELP!

Room for Improvement

Totally love the physical version of the game, but not too thrilled about paying $2.99 for the e-version due to the following issues: 1) There’s a bug that requires you to restart the app to play an online game already in progress. 2) When you attempt to rematch a solo game (against the Robot), you end up staring at an empty tile rack and the only option is to either resign or return to the Main Menu to begin another game. 3) When you start a new game, the program automatically selects valid tiles for you, but you have to toggle the options to play what you want. I’d like the option to select my own combinations. 4) When you want to swap tiles, you have to drag the tiles exactly over the tile bag icon or it won’t work. Very annoying!! 5) Not sure if I’m able to play friends if they don’t use Apple Game Center...seems silly to have that as a restriction. Fix/revamp these things and I’ll revise my rating to 5 stars! :)

It coulda been a contender....

Too many glitches and problems! Often in robot games my tile bar is blank, but I haft a to resign, then quit app, then restart my device THEN maybe, I get tiles. And there should be lifetime stats against each opponent.

Talk to me.

There needs to be a way for the game to expire when the opponent hasn’t played in a certain amount of time. I want to be able to carry on a conversation with the person I’m playing against. I like the game on the whole but in playing with the robot it seems like the tiles are predestined rather than random. I like the game very much but I’d much rather be playing with people and tiles than in this app The app could use some cleaning up.

Love the game, but needs an update!

D.bototron

I love this game we play at constantly. I think it just needs an upgrade on a few features such as the game reloading each time I take my turn. I have to redo my play about 3 times before it takes. Also, I would love to see a score tally added to the bottom of screen that shows how many possible points I might get in that turn as I add tiles to the board and decide where to play. That would be great.

Won’t allow legal plays

T Rowland

I had high hopes for this game. I actually downloaded it to play with my mom in the car as a pass and play game. I found no way to add a second local player, and have only been able to play against the computer. Edit: I found how to add another human player. Wish I had figured that out when I needed it. Today I was extremely frustrated because a legal play was not allowed. I don’t know if it was because there were tiles already on three sides of the location where I wanted to place my tile, or what the issue was. I took a picture of the play, but of course there is now way to add it to the review. It has potential, but still needs work.

To get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

CurleeFav

To get 5 stars this app will need a few things: make it easier to see who’s turn it is, keep the device clock showing on the app interface, add one additional “zoom tap” in between the full view and the complete zoom view, add messaging for players to converse with each other. Problems with the interface - aside from getting a banner/flag notification from Game Center, the only way to know if it’s your turn is to go into Game Center to see the ?. I should be able to see this blue dot next to every player’s name while in Qwirkle itself.
