This program helped me lose weight and I got in better shape. I do the programs regularly and like the results. I highly recommend this for someone who wants more fitness but does not have a gym membership or wants to spend a lot of time exercising.

This is a great little workout series. I have tried every one except the yoga one. I have not been disappointed. I do a workout everyday before going to work. The workouts are short, even though my body says that I should quit because it seems long when you are doing it. I have lots of energy during the day. Perseverance is key. I don't beat myself up if I miss a day. I just keep motivated to do my best the next day. The best thing about this workout is that I don't need to spend a lot of time trying to figure out when I can do it. I have 4 and 7 minutes to spare everyday. Thank you guys for developing this!

It's a good app, certainly not the worst. However it has the potential to be great. If the voice cues play in the background while the phone was locked or while using a music app. And if you could view the workouts before hand, so your familiar with the moves before you begin. On the bright side the tracker is great and the achievements are motivating.
