I often do this at the end of my work out. It works entire body plus gets your heart rate up. I've also done the 4 minutes 3-4 times in a row, that kicks my butt!

A quick, fairly intense workout

This is a nice way to get a quick workout in when you don't have a lot of time. I go to the gym 3 times a week and do this and some abs exercises on my off days. Good way to get the blood pumping.
