This thing never works when I want to do I can see it on my computer but I want to stream video from my nap and is forever not connecting once in a while to connect but they update the app and you get screwed up

This app, AND, this company overall is constantly innovating and putting out new release updates to the mobile applications as well as directly to the NAS itself via its firmware. Those who are trash talking this app & company, either have no business trying to run such a feature rich NAS/SOHO/Secuirty or otherwise based server, or they are the problem and not the app or the device. I have had a TS-559 pro II since 2011 with 5 Seagate Barracuda 3tb/64mb cache drives that have tirelessly ran since 2011 with only minor hiccups. And, each hiccup, were errors on my part that the support staff promptly helped me correct and work through. I will not watch and read those y’all such trash about a company that is unmatched and truly no other even close to providing the support or continued released products and apps as QNAP... Great job guys! Hope I was able to help others feel comfortable about going with QNAP and being patient enough to allow you to work with them!

For background uploads to work this has to be enabled. This is not the case with Android. I would think background app refresh would keep uploads going.

I only downloaded this app to upload photos from my iPhone. Works pretty darn well and can’t really complain.

It's a nice app but something is missing. Please add dark mode on the next release.

I use this to access massive libraries of music, videos and photos on my qnap bad - both at home and remotely. It works very well, plays .flac, MP3 and many other file types without issue

Files which are Live Photo’s and listed as .mov files will not upload from Apple iPhone XR. JPEGs and regular .mov videos upload, however Live Photo’s associated with .mov will not.

If setting up Basic Network configurations, static IP’s and troubleshooting are not your strong suit; Don’t get a NAS. I’ve been using this app for 5 years with no probelms. Not sure why this even rated so low.
