Worthless security camera

X1234666

Two years after I installed the Q-See cameras, their app became incompatible with the IOS version. Q-See won’t update their software. Even their hard drive crashed after one year and I had to replace it. Now I have to replace the entire security camera system. Totally worthless.

The worst

KingsGod

Only old phones are compatible and they still may not work. This is the worst company EVER!!!!!!!!

Home security

When I downloaded the app no matter how much I try to enter my username or password still rejected me it’s wasting time

No IPad app

Errrrkdbd

In spite of claiming it's available, their "remote" customer service just directed me to their IPhone software instead of an IPad version. Where's the real IPad version ? If I wanted to run the dinkey little IPhone version on my IPad , I guess I'd be happy.

Feels like a beta

Nicthegr

No iPad app. Crashes. Looses connection after awhile. Why do people think they can put stuff out that isn't even done yet.

Works great

Tw1960me

Works good for me. Sometimes you have to launch the app twice for it to work. Not a big deal to me. Perfect for my needs.

Not a good app, needs to be fixed.

zukeyma

This app does not do what they say it will do. Only the view function works, no replays or screen shots. I have tried customer support twice and they have been of no help to fix this problem. The cameras themselves are descent enough. It would be nice if this app did everything it's suppose to do.

Poor implementation!

AggieCam

This software has a number of flaws 1. Incorrect spelling i.e. "SD Card Availbale" 2. Does not retrieve recorded videos from SD card 3. There is no stop/pause for live video. The only way to stop the stream is to leave the current view. As a simple viewing app it is fine, but I doesn't do all it claims.
